Mr. Prakash Kumar Jain
Mr. Prakash Kumar Jain is the, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He brings over 21 years of extensive experience in managing family-run enterprises and launching new business ventures, contributing deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial acumen. In 2004, he established a sole proprietorship under the name “Jain International”; under his leadership the firm steadily grew and diversified, eventually integrating into a corporate structure as Jain International Power Limited.
Mr. Parveen K Jain
Mr. Parveen K. Jain is an Executive Director of the Company. He has 27 years of experience in business management, operations and strategic development. Over the years he has been instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s business strategies, and his strong leadership and hands-on approach continue to contribute significantly to the Company’s overall performance and long-term vision.
Mr. Pankaj Baid
Mr. Pankaj Baid is an Independent Director and a highly qualified finance professional holding the designations of Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). He is also a Registered Valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and is the proprietor of a reputed Chartered Accountancy practice in Kolkata (established in 2015). Mr. Baid brings multidisciplinary expertise in finance, corporate governance and business valuation, and has conducted valuation and advisory assignments across sectors.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chowdhary
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chowdhary serves as an Independent Director of the Company. He brings around six years of professional experience gained through his association with various corporate organisations. Mr. Chowdhary contributes independent oversight and supports Board-level governance and committee work.
Mrs. Priyanka Mohta
Mrs. Priyanka Mohta is an Independent Director and is a qualified Company Secretary by profession. She brings around five years of valuable corporate experience across different roles and adds independent judgment and strategic insights to the Board. With her professional qualifications and diverse experience, Mrs. Mohta strengthens the Company’s governance framework and helps ensure adherence to high standards of corporate governance.
