A member of the promoter group, Mr. Parveen K. Jain plays an active executive role in the company’s business management and strategic initiatives. He has been a key participant in JIPL’s growth and operational oversight since the company’s reconstitution as a public limited entity.

Appointed as an Independent Director w.e.f. 1 September 2023 (regularised subsequently), Ms. Priyanka Mohta brings governance and compliance expertise to the Board. She provides independent oversight and serves on Board committees to strengthen corporate governance practices.

Mr. Pankaj Baid

Appointed as an Independent Director w.e.f. 25 January 2025, Mr. Pankaj Baid is a chartered accountant and proprietor of a Kolkata-based CA practice. He contributes financial and audit oversight to the Board and participates in statutory committee work.

Appointed as an Independent Director w.e.f. 25 January 2025, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Chowdhary brings broad corporate experience and independent perspective to Board deliberations. He serves on key committees including Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholders’ Relationship, supporting board-level governance.
