CSR

Objective of Jain International Power Limited’s (JIPL) Initial Public Offering (IPO) is to fuel the company’s expansion and operational capabilities. Through the IPO, JIPL aims to raise INR 70 crore, which will be allocated towards strategic growth initiatives. A significant portion of the funds will be invested in setting up a state-of-the-art assembly unit, a capital expenditure (capex) move designed to enhance production efficiency and meet rising demand. The remaining funds will support working capital requirements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and financial flexibility as the company scales its offerings in the infrastructure sector.
